As an early buyer into the Brickworks, they had many properties to choose from, so they walked around the building with the plans looking for just the right unit. They chose #411 on the top floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and, most importantly, with beautiful open views. They negotiated a second garage parking space, replaced the carpet in the bedrooms with hardwood floors and moved in to start what has been a very happy chapter in their lives. The open and flexible floor plan worked as perfectly when it was just the two of them as it did once they had their daughter. They have found it to be a well run association with a diligent board of directors who address issues as they arise and maintain a healthy reserve fund. A very convenient place to live, the Brickworks is close to the Alewife T station, the Minuteman bike path, the McCrehan pool, Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s.
